Home Care is a diverse and dynamic industry. Services in the home may be necessary due to acute illness, long term health conditions, permanent disabilities, terminal illness or the impact of aging. Convergent Care was created to help fufill the need for in-home patient care. Much like the industry we are diverse and dynamic in our staff and care strategies. We are also compassionate and caring, putting the needs of our clients at the very top.

Personal care and support services are non-medical and include companionship, homemaking and assistance with activities of daily living such as grooming and bathing skilled nursing. These services are usually provided by personal care assistants and home care aides as well as companions and homemakers.
